You never have to educate your therapist or justify who you are here. This is a space where you can show up fully and authentically. Whether you’re exploring identity, navigating relationships, or working through anxiety, trauma, or life transitions.

Neurodiversity-Affirming, ADHD-Informed Care

I view neurodiversity as a natural and valuable part of being human. My approach is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to your communication style, sensory needs, boundaries, and preferences. The focus is on strengths, emotional regulation, realistic strategies, and reducing shame, never on “fixing” you.


I also support individuals experiencing burnout, especially those who have spent years masking, over‑functioning, or carrying more than their share. There is no pressure to perform or push through here.


Whether you’re diagnosed, self‑identifying, or exploring neurodivergence for the first time, we move at your pace and focus on what helps you feel understood, supported, and grounded.

My practice is rooted in women’s mental health and fully inclusive of diverse gender identities. I understand how societal expectations, caregiving roles, trauma, neurodivergence, and major life transitions uniquely shape mental wellbeing.

I support women navigating trauma, burnout, ADHD, autism, and the emotional weight of caring for others. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and deeply human—focused on safety, understanding, and connection rather than perfection.


Many of the women I work with feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves after years of putting others first. You may be living with unresolved trauma, chronic stress, or a desire for more clarity and calm.


My work helps you heal trauma, reduce burnout, navigate ADHD or autism in ways that honour your strengths, and reconnect with your identity and inner voice—so life feels aligned, not just held together.
